Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Professional Accounting & Tax Consultants Inc. (o/a Association of Tax & Accounting Professionals) and the Election of Directors will be held on:

Annual General Meeting to commence at 4:30 pm

Courtyard by Marriott, 350 Dalhousie Street, Ottawa, ON in the McDonald-Cartier Room

Elections to begin upon completion of the Annual General Meeting

Affirmed Voting Members who are unable to attend in person will be able to participate electronically.  Specific directions on how to access the meeting electronically will be provided at a later date to those who have expressed interest in participating. Those unable to attend either in person or electronically may have another eligible Voting Member cast your vote by forwarding, to that member, a completed copy of the proxy accompanying this announcement. An eligible member may only vote two proxies in addition to his or her own vote.

NOTE: Do not forward completed proxies to anyone other than the member to whom you have assigned your proxy.
