Elections to begin upon completion of the Annual General Meeting
All Affirmed Voting Members will be able to participate virtually. Specific directions on how to access the meeting virtually will be provided the link to attend the zoom meeting at a later date to those who have expressed interest in participating. Those unable to attend virtually may have another eligible Voting Member cast your vote by forwarding, to that member, a completed copy of the proxy accompanying this announcement. An eligible member may only vote two proxies in addition to his or her own vote.
NOTE: Do not forward completed proxies to anyone other than the member to whom you have assigned your proxy.
