Being an independent owner-operator of a practice can be lonely enough, but when you're in a small town in this vast country of ours, it can be very isolating.
ATAP is here to help! Our members can be found in small towns from Taylor, BC to Edmunston, NB and in bigger cities like Winnipeg, MB and, of course, Toronto, ON. We are your community of peers and you don't have to travel to connect.At our January 2022 online seminar, we created a Community Room where people could gather in between sessions. This room allowed participants to see and hear each other (when cameras and microphones were on). There were a lot of lively discussions. It was such a success that we have committed to offering online attendance and networking options to all our events.

There's a long time between seminars so we are planning to schedule some separate online gatherings. We hope to include social, educational and resource-sharing activities.Powered by Slack, the discussion board is a new feature of our member portal. We've set up channels where you can introduce yourself, ask questions, share resources and stay up-to-date with association news.
