Alan brings over 40 years of practical business experience in the tax and financial services industries, specializing in working with, individuals and small to medium size businesses by providing accounting, taxation and business consulting services that are unique to each client.
He has specific expertise working with financial advisors and their individual clients in bringing a tax perspective to investment, retirement and succession planning and is recognized as one of Canada’s leading tax services specialists. Alan is a regular commentator at CHCH – TV and has been featured in several national media interviews.

Ryan Mallough is the Director of Provincial Affairs, Ontario with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
Ryan joined the federation in 2015 with the communications team before moving over to the Ontario advocacy team in 2016.
He is currently responsible for the cannabis, electricity, environment, and municipal files.
Ryan graduated from the University of Ottawa in political science before achieving his masters in journalism at Western University.
Vladimir Solokhine has been working in the financial services industry since 1994.
Vladimir had the privilege of working in an insurance company, a major bank, a mutual funds company, and a non-profit financial institution. This diversified career gave him a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in all four major areas of financial planning: lending, investing, risk management, and day-to-day banking.
Vlad obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2005. In 2011 he resigned from the senior management role in a major bank to pursue and grow his own financial planning practice.
