Winter 2022 Seminar Sponsorship Opportunities

Connect with event participants to demonstrate the benefits of your service and/or product.

Our participants are typically independent tax and accounting professionals, bookkeepers and related financial professionals.

This year, we are planning a hybrid event with features and activities that will appeal to both our on-site and virtual participants. The Winter Tax Seminar is our most popular event, attracting over 100 participants in previous years. We anticipate that our hybrid offerings will help us maintain participation levels this year.

Sponsorship benefits include recognition on all promotional materials and inclusion in the seminar workbook. We have increased our activity on social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram – and on our website – be sure to check out the new blog. At the Silver and Gold levels (see below), you are invited to give a short presentation to everyone from the main stage. 

New this year, is an opportunity to participate in the virtual tradeshow, in addition to or as an alternative to the on-site tradeshow. 

Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Package (four available)

• On-line recognition prior to and up to the date of the event:
  • Text listing as a sponsor on the website, on the registration email blast, in the ATAP Weekly newsletter (up to 3 issues before the event and one after), on social media posts promoting the event (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Inclusion (name plus logo) in a social media post thanking Bronze level sponsors
• Printed recognition (name only) in the Seminar Workbook material
• Sponsor Table set-up at the event for both days
• Breakfast, lunch and breaks included for up to two sponsor representatives per day

Silver Package (two available)

• All benefits of the Bronze Package plus
• On-line recognition upgraded to a small logo
• Inclusion (name plus logo) in a social media post thanking Silver level sponsors
• Printed recognition upgraded to a small logo
• 15 minute “talk time” from the main platform to attendees

Gold Package  (only one available)

• All benefits of the Bronze Package plus:
• Online recognition upgraded to a larger logo
• Print recognition upgraded to a larger logo
• Dedicated Gold level Sponsor post and thank you post on social media
• 30 minute “talk time” from the main platform to attendees

New this year: Virtual Tradeshow (add on or stand-alone)

• Set up as a breakout room on Zoom (can be done on or off-site)
• Access to virtual audiences at scheduled times (to be determined)
• Online listing of participation
